Scheduling opens mid-April each year. I send a Google Booking link in late March/early April to families I've connected with previously. If you don't see the email, feel free to reach out or use the link below.
- All evaluations conducted virtually via Google Meet — no travel needed
- Statewide — all Pennsylvania counties welcome
- Evaluations typically take place May through June
- You do not need to be completely finished with instruction to schedule
- Most evaluations last 30–60 minutes per child
- If you have more than two children, please schedule additional appointments
Evaluation Prep Checklist
Bring these to your evaluation (or have them ready to share your screen):
- Child present (brief student interview required by PA law)
- Samples from each required subject showing progress over the year
- Reading log (titles read or listened to)
- Standardized assessment results (3rd, 5th, and 8th grade only)
- Evaluation fee: $40 first child · $25 each sibling
- Optional: any questions you have for me
12th Grade Evaluations
If you are seeking a 12th grade evaluation and diploma signature, please also bring transcripts and course descriptions (or portfolio samples) for all required secondary subjects. Credits begin to count towards graduation in 7th grade.
Fees & Payment
- $40 for the first student
- $25 for each additional sibling
- Payment is due after I send you the evaluation form
